Tree, rope, tarpaulin, water

People have always hoped to survive beyond their bodily deaths, and it is a central tenet of many religions that such survival is possible. What forms, if any, this might take, are matters which depend crucially on the nature of personal identity throughout their lives.
I+dentity i s an interactive installation where Gunjan hanged a tree upside down as a metaphor for reflecting personal identity in life. This speaks about the passing of time and the reflection of the self within it. When people walk around the water and installation they see the reflection of tree and themselves but when they walk away they are no longer there in this tangible world.
